We believe that sustainable healthcare must be designed, owned and led by local communities and organisations. Over the last 20 years, we have supported and mentored dozens of organisations and healthcare providers to build their operational, administrative, governance and leadership areas with the aim of providing continuous quality healthcare and management. We believe all local organisations should be able to compete on an equal playing field with other national and international actors in accessing funding, support and resources.
